Let's Go Exploring

Come join me on a little adventure as we go on an exploration through the new Ford Explorer! Do you have trips planned this summer? Taking kids to sports games? Hauling that boat out to the lake or river? Well, I think the Explorer can do all that and more! I actually took a 2013 XLT home with me last night as my Edge is in the shop right now. I was pretty impressed with it. I mean, I see them quite often when I take photos, but I never really drive them a great distance. I got a nice half an hour trek in the '13 and, like I said, I was pleased with it. It's roomy and comfortable. It drives nicely considering its size. It doesn't feel like I'm pulling a ton of weight, which I can say the opposite of the 2013 Durango. So anyways, Victory is beginning to see the brand-new 2016 Explorers, so I will go through the motions with that! So let's begin...

The Basics

- New 2016 have a redesigned body style! The grille is really sharp and Ford added larger fog lamps that really add to the sportiness of the vehicle.

- 2.3L I-4 EcoBoost engine is an option as well

- AdvanceTrac w/ Roll Stability Control (traction control, prevents sliding sideways)
